Challenge: The client faced a significant operational bottleneck, requiring their team to manually process an average of 50,000 sales orders across five regions. This tedious process took approximately 5 minutes per order, consuming hundreds of hours of productive time.

Solution: I designed and implemented an end-to-end automation solution using Power Automate. A desktop RPA bot performs the data entry tasks, triggered by a scheduled cloud flow to run unattended on weekdays. To ensure reliability, I built a global error handler that captures screenshots of any failures and updates a central queue, while integrated reports provide full visibility into the process performance.

Key Outcome: The client eliminated a massive manual workload, achieving faster processing, 100% accuracy on successful runs, and clear tracking for any exceptions.
