Giving a digital agency a face that matches their work

The Client

Bluprnt is a Toronto-based Webflow agency that enhances digital reputations for businesses by creating unique websites that boost engagement and outshine competitors.

The problem

Bluprnt were already doing strong work — web design, development, Shopify, commercial photo and video. The team was capable. The client list was real. But their website didn't show any of that.
It read like a placeholder. A company that existed, but hadn't decided what it stood for yet. For an agency whose entire pitch is built on digital presence, that gap was a liability.
The goal wasn't to make them look expensive. It was to make them look like themselves — defined, intentional, and easy to trust.

The approach

I structured the homepage as a sequence of trust-building moments, not a list of services.
The first thing a visitor sees is a direct claim — no hedging, no jargon. Below that, client logos appear before anything else. Social proof at the top changes how everything beneath it reads. It answers the silent question — are these people legitimate? — before the visitor has to form it.
From there: a values block, recent work, services, testimonials, and a CTA that uses Bluprnt's own name as a call to action. Each section earns the next.

Design note: The illustration style was a deliberate choice — it brings warmth and personality to a sector that defaults to cold minimalism. The characters aren't decoration. They signal that Bluprnt works with people, not just for clients.

Key decisions

The illustrations. Bluprnt's site uses character illustrations throughout paired with the hero headline, carried into the contact page. It creates a consistent visual voice that makes the site feel authored, not assembled.
The contact form. It asks for project type, budget range, and a description before any conversation starts. It signals to serious prospects that Bluprnt works with clients who come prepared.

The result

A site with a defined point of view. Not loud, not minimal for minimalism's sake — just clear about who Bluprnt is and what kind of work they take on.
