On behalf of my client African Research Academies for Women (ARA-W), I collected 2-3 years of survey and intake data related to women in postgraduate STEM programs in both Africa and the U.S. to determine whether location impacted their academic outcomes. The findings were then translated into a 1,000-word essay published in The Lancet Global Health.
