I had various panic attacks, I was scared before my speech, I had thoughts whether I will forget my speech
All of this was ingrained in my mind and wasn't going, even trying hard…
But then I discovered a formula which drastically changed my public speaking career.
I was able to speak confidently amongst hundreds of people and sometimes even thousands.
