Supply Chain & Logistics Mobile App Case Study

About Invenio

Invenio is a next-generation inventory management and supply chain mobile ecosystem built for modern warehouse teams, logistics managers, and fleet dispatchers. The mobile app unites real-time shipment tracking, warehouse storage utilization analytics, task dispatching, and activity logging into a single streamlined workspace. Designed to remove the friction of fulfillment operations, Invenio turns scattered logistics data into a fast, highly organized digital hub.

The Problem

Modern supply chain teams face a major productivity hurdle: operational data is scattered across legacy manifest sheets, fragmented driver comms, and desktop-only warehouse software. Field managers spend hours manually checking stock levels, verifying vehicle loading progress, and tracking delays without clear, unified visibility. Most existing logistics software is either overly complex with heavy data tables or too simplistic to handle multi-warehouse operations. Invenio needed a mobile interface that could make shipment tracking, task management, and stock observability simple, fast, and visually organized across mobile displays.

The Creative Brief

Operational Authority: Projecting a reliable, secure, and highly functional workspace for proactive warehouse and fleet management.
Scannable Visual Architecture: Replacing messy paper manifests with clear modular cards, status tags, and vertical timeline nodes.
Instant Workflow Clarity: Showing logistics managers exactly where shipments are located and how tasks progress through the fulfillment pipeline in real-time.

The Approach

Positioning & Narrative: We positioned Invenio not as just another simple scanner utility, but as an active, intelligent supply chain management ecosystem. The workflow focuses on three key pillars: Monitor, Dispatch, and Audit. Instead of endless scrolling through unstructured log files, managers can view storage capacity, check driver status, and review dock activities instantly.
Visual System & Layout Execution:
Interactive Shipment Cards: The main tracking view presents a scannable list of shipments featuring real-time progress bars (Picked up, In Transit, Out for Delivery, Delivered), driver assignments, and exact ETA updates.
Modular Warehouse Summary: The interface utilizes clean metric widgets for crucial stats like Storage Utilization (52%), Total Inventory (39,312 units), Incoming Deliveries, and Delayed Orders.
Live Activity Timeline: A vertical, color-coded node feed tracks dock receipts, inventory rack updates, and order packing events with precise timestamps.
Task & Inspection Hub: Dedicated task views allow supervisors to oversee loading progress, inspect vehicles, and track hourly order picking throughput.
Product Presentation: The platform is presented using clean, high-resolution smartphone mockups held in hands and tucked in utility pockets, set against tactile blue grid tiles, metallic foil textures, and denim backdrops, bridging raw industrial utility with sleek modern software design.

The Outcome

Invenio entered the market with an enterprise-ready mobile app that makes supply chain operations effortless. By converting chaotic fulfillment pipelines into structured, scannable layouts, logistics teams can monitor shipments, audit inventory, and dispatch drivers faster with zero UI fatigue.
