This sample case study shows how I would turn a scattered flow of appointments, deadlines, follow-ups, notes, and incoming requests into a simple administrative workflow.
The problem
When time-sensitive information lives across conversations, notes, and memory, it’s harder to see priorities, track follow-ups, and act consistently.
My approach
Triage incoming information into three clear categories: Today, This Week, and Reference.
Centralize priorities and next steps in a shared calendar and running list.
Create a daily review rhythm to process new information, re-sort priorities, and check time-sensitive items.
The workflow
Incoming request → Triage → Prioritize → Calendar and task list → Daily review → Follow-through
Skills demonstrated
Inbox management

Recurring administrative workflows
The goal is a visible, repeatable process that makes everyday administrative work easier to maintain, even when the day gets busy.
