I analyzed and optimized the Shopify experience for Novi, a wellness brand offering supplements tailored for users on GLP-1 therapy. The goal was to improve clarity, user flow, and overall conversion performance.
The Problem:
The site had strong branding but gaps in product clarity, messaging, and conversion flow from landing to checkout. New visitors needed faster understanding and clearer direction.
The Solution:
I approached this from a CRO perspective by simplifying messaging, restructuring key sections, improving visual hierarchy, and reducing friction across the buying journey.
