DigiMate is a startup born to help companies leverage the power of AI and real-time 3D avatars — known as Digital Humans — for customer-facing roles like virtual assistants, onboarding guides, and AI support agents.

They approached Uni to shape the entire product experience: from brand voice and visuals to platform UX and infrastructure. The goal was to build not just a tech demo — but a scalable SaaS platform with real business utility and adoption potential.

We worked with DigiMate as a full-cycle partner — defining their positioning, product design, interface systems, and development stack to support fast iteration and market entry.

Created a high-trust, high-tech visual identity system that balances creative innovation with enterprise-readiness

Designed a calm, confident color system and typographic voice for strong differentiation

Built an intuitive UI that supports easy Digital Human setup, customization, and deployment

Designed step-by-step user flows for avatar creation, training integration (e.g. with LLMs), and publishing to website or kiosk

Included preview states, voice configurations, and modular persona profiles

Developed the frontend infrastructure and UI logic for modular AI agent deployment

Integrated 3D configurator logic to select appearance, tone, and conversational AI logic (via third-party LLMs and APIs)

Engineered real-time previews and multi-platform export logic for different client use cases (e.g. onboarding bot, sales assistant, etc.)

Designed and built the public marketing website for DigiMate

Focused on conveying futuristic but credible tech, with structured storytelling and SEO fundamentals

Included motion and product walkthroughs using embedded 3D avatars and smart visuals
