The aim of this project was to bifurcate the Insurance portfolio based on multiple data points which were grouped under 3 main buckets - Policy data, Household data & finally customer demographics data.
End results helped the client's Marketing team to devise improved & customized marketing strategies for 5 clusters found during analysis.
