• Program Testing Stream Lead for SAP SF Employee Central for 16 thousand Dutch Employees (NL template) including 40+ integrations, data migration, payroll implementation, ECP Payroll and SAP Concur next to existing Global template. Counterpart for 4 stream leads (PM’s). Supporting parallel payroll reconciliation & technical analyses of complex cross (replication) system issues. Delivered in time with contractual hard deadline of 01-Jan-2023

• Project Manager USA implementation SF-EC with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) and ADP Work Force Now. After several delays due to complexity on governance and local regulations, I have successfully delivered the project.

• Program Test lead for SF Employee Central implementation for 12 countries including data migration, functional process testing + Dell Boomi middleware for data replication to ADP (SAP HCM) payroll. Analyse data mapping + replication errors and re-trigger messages. Product Risk Analyses for risk-based testing.

• Migration of LMS system from SF LMS to on AWS with REST API’s. Advisory role on CI/CD, DevOps, GDPR, MiFid II.

• Ensure end-to-end quality for SAP SuccessFactors SaaS implementation in alliance with implementation partner. Define, plan and coordinate UAT for SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment, Succession (delivered in budget & time).

• SAP Concur RFI preparations, determining expense claim requirements & advice to MT on decision.

• Support Compensation EOY cycles including wage type maintenance and WBFO (EU bonus law) from both functional as technical point of view.
