Planning & Preparation: Created detailed meeting agendas and prepared targeted questions to guide discussions and gather essential information.

Development: Drafted a manual that included policies, procedures, job descriptions, and forms, ensuring clarity and ease of use.

Communication: Provided regular updates to the client to keep them informed of progress and incorporated their feedback throughout the development process.

Outcome

The final manual delivered to Welcome Place was a user-friendly document that effectively outlined policies and procedures while adhering to legal requirements. It included well-structured sections for policies, job descriptions, and forms, tailored to meet the specific needs of the community center and ensuring smooth operations.
