Problem

The client needed a platform that would allow employees to actively participate in their personal development journey, incorporating social elements like peer feedback and progress tracking.

Solution

We developed a B2B platform that combines social network elements with personal development tools. It allows employees to create personalized development plans, experiment with new skills or career paths, and receive feedback from colleagues or mentors. The app encourages collaboration and well-being, improving job satisfaction through recurring positive reflections and a buddy system for support.
