Prototype You is a mobile app designed to help students and tutors set learning goals, track progress, and receive feedback. Users can involve friends or mentors to monitor their journey, providing a collaborative approach to personal development.

Prototype You is a Netherlands-based company focused on empowering employees to achieve personal learning and development goals through intrinsic motivation and peer support.

The client needed a platform that would allow employees to actively participate in their personal development journey, incorporating social elements like peer feedback and progress tracking.

We developed a B2B platform that combines social network elements with personal development tools. It allows employees to create personalized development plans, experiment with new skills or career paths, and receive feedback from colleagues or mentors. The app encourages collaboration and well-being, improving job satisfaction through recurring positive reflections and a buddy system for support.

Prototype You helps employees take charge of their development, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous growth, ultimately boosting job satisfaction and team cohesion.

In just three months, CML Team LTD successfully developed the app - with an updated UX design and additional features. The team was communicative and dedicated to the app's success during the engagement.
