FYNTS is a German-based startup focused on revolutionizing local shopping by bridging the gap between physical stores and digital consumers.
Problem
Developed during the COVID-19 pandemic, FYNTS aimed to reduce queuing times and minimize the risk of infection by enabling contactless shopping and efficient order pickups.
Solution
We built a "Click and Collect" platform where store owners can upload their products, and consumers can place orders through the mobile app. Store employees prepare the orders and notify shoppers when they are ready for pickup, streamlining the shopping process and reducing in-store exposure. The platform integrates seamlessly with local stores, making it easier for businesses to manage online orders and for customers to shop with convenience and safety.
Impact
FYNTS enabled safer, more efficient shopping by minimizing the time spent in queues and facilitating a seamless order collection process during the pandemic.
