Mission Flow Review — Retail Learning Audit Concept

Mission Flow Review is an independent retail-learning concept. It shows how I approach a consulting audit: connect a specific point of friction to a proposed change, a behavioral hypothesis, a tradeoff and a test. Northstar Retail is fictional. This is not a client engagement or a measured retention result.

The working prototype compares an illustrative reading-first baseline with a proposed mission that starts with one realistic customer choice. Both paths assess the same skill: understand a shopper’s needs before recommending a product. The revision adds specific feedback, a useful retry, a checkpoint and a clear next-session purpose.

The audit view prioritizes three recommendations and states what evidence would confirm or challenge each one. The measurement plan defines exact D1, D7 and D30 return windows, meaningful return events, mature cohort denominators and a separate mission-progression definition. A short audit cannot establish new D30 results.

Verified: both mission paths, incorrect-answer feedback, retry, completion, reset, desktop layout and narrow-screen fit. An independent AI source review found no material logic or unsupported-claim issues. No learner data is collected or stored by this sample.

I direct the scope and review standards; AI authored the implementation and assisted with reasoning and verification. Public screenshots show the approach. The working implementation and source remain private.

A paid audit would begin with an agreed walkthrough and mission coverage, then produce prioritized recommendations, rationale and a measurement plan. Development would be separately scoped.
