The objective is identify which stores to be closed based -
utilization,
revenue and
cost of each store.
The inventory is to be moved to the remaining stores.
Created a Power BI based model to strategize inventory movement at lowest possible cost. Created a Geo-JSON file to create manual borders for clusters in Power BI, each cluster had two or more states.
