Excel based model to calculate net cost of relieving employees

I performed spans and layers analysis on client's headcount data, identifying opportunities for organization structure harmonization. This helps the managers to focus more on their work. After the analysis, I identified the managers to be relieved of their duties.

Severance calculation: While relieving an employee, the company needs to pay severance as per the country laws, hence I did the research on each country's severance laws. Based on these laws I calculated the total severance amount

Created the model to understand one time cost (severance cost), and year-on-year savings from relieving the employees to understand total monetary impact.

This analysis required extensive Excel knowledge and expertise.
