Art directed a complex area-guide template system for UK luxury estate agency Knight Frank, designed to scale across 52 city and countryside locations. Created a seamless visual language where city editions featured bespoke front-cover linework illustrations that transitioned into countryside scenes on the back, ensuring every guide felt unique while still part of one consistent family. Developed an interior illustration style with a refined, charming tone to appeal to Knight Frank’s premium demographic, maintaining strong consistency across layout, hierarchy, and production constraints.
