Fraud Recognition and Prevention:

•        Developed and implemented an Excel-based fraud recognition and prevention tool that effectively reduced the risk of fraudulent orders and increased order processing efficiency.  

•        Created a comprehensive spreadsheet incorporating SOP and various data fields to enable easy identification of legitimate orders.  

•        Utilized Excel functions, conditional formatting, sort and filter, pivot table to facilitate efficient data analysis and interpretation.  

•        Streamlined the order processing workflow by enabling employees to quickly determine the legitimacy of an order and take appropriate action, thereby reducing order processing time.  

•        Contributed to the development of a culture of risk management by creating an effective fraud recognition and prevention tool that minimized financial losses and prevented unauthorized use of cards.
