What it does. Digitises the control of construction sites and field services, and an AI supervisor cross-checks reports, photos, quantities and contract documents to find what is missing, partial or inconsistent.
Problem. Reports and photos from several sites, impossible to cross-check by hand.
My role. The whole product, with site foremen as its users.

How it works. The supervisor reads site photos with vision twice a day and compares them with the daily report; anything knowable with SQL is solved without AI, and the model can lower an alert but never create one.
Result. 874 vision checks across 6 sites, each cross-checked with the day's report; 230 of 230 automated tests passing.
