Roods turns cities into open-air museums: themed walking routes and local stories (audio, images and text) to discover, city by city.
My role: all the UI/UX design of the app over a 6-month mission, plus support for its launch.
What I designed😍 • Onboarding and sign-up that tell the brand story
• An interactive map of cities and routes
• City pages with trending stories, categories and favourite routes
• Step-by-step routes on a map, with distance and duration
• An audio story player
• Profile, saved stories and settings
• A calm, elegant interface (deep green, full-bleed photography) that puts each city's heritage first
