Ursta Web Solutions recently partnered with Jason Starr, founder of CISO Masterminds, to build a complete digital infrastructure for his high-level community of cybersecurity executives. CISO Masterminds brings together CISOs and senior security leaders for elite networking, professional development, and deep-dive conversations on the industry’s most mission-critical topics. Jason needed a platform that matched the sophistication and credibility of his audience—and Kajabi was the perfect ecosystem to bring that vision to life.

I designed and developed a custom Kajabi website that clearly communicates the value of the mastermind, outlines the membership experience, and guides executives through a streamlined application and onboarding flow. In addition to the site, I built the Kajabi course and program area, organizing sessions, resources, replays, and curriculum materials into an intuitive, easy-to-navigate structure.

To support consistent growth, I implemented a complete email marketing system, including fully mapped funnels, nurture sequences, onboarding automations, event reminders, and segmented messaging tailored to prospective and active members. Additional automations were created to streamline backend processes—ensuring new members receive immediate access, correct tagging, and guided next steps.
