Croo.tv — Scheduling Solution for Script-based Projects

Croo.tv (or CROO) is an advanced scheduling tool tailored to enhance workflow efficiency for script-driven projects, including commercials, TV shows, and films. It’s specifically designed for commercial producers and assistant directors, providing a seamless cloud-based experience that requires no downloads and is accessible on any device. CROO has become widely popular among industry professionals, with notable use in scheduling high-profile Super Bowl 2021 TV ads, such as the Cadillac commercial starring Winona Ryder and Timothée Chalamet.
Croo.tv offers a 30-day free trial with limited features, after which users can choose between monthly or yearly subscriptions to unlock full access. Schedules created during the trial display a watermark from the app. Subscribers can manage up to three active sessions simultaneously across multiple devices.
With Croo.tv, users can create and import storyboards, break down scripts into manageable components, and develop detailed shot lists that include text strips, scene and shot numbers, locations, descriptions, cast details, requirements, and more. The platform also supports image editing in the library, allowing users to flip, rotate, crop, and adjust brightness and contrast. Completed schedules are easily exportable as PDFs or printable.
Additionally, we created an admin panel for our client, enabling content management on static pages, including help sections, pop-up guides, sample projects, and print templates. This panel also allows for the customization of scheduled and automated emails sent to users throughout their trial or subscription period.
