Challenge: An embroidery shop, renowned for its award-winning digitizing team, required an enterprise-level solution to streamline order processing and facilitate communication between customers and decorators.
Solution: We built a comprehensive web application, integrating an apparel e-shop, an online print and embroidery design editor, and an admin panel for managing orders. The e-shop and admin panel were developed entirely from scratch.
At the app's core is a custom order management system that creates and tracks orders, automates shipping and billing, generates shipping labels, and provides real-time tracking for both staff and customers. Each order includes details like scheduled shipping, expected delivery, and approval status. Orders can also be duplicated, accommodating frequent repeat orders from regular clients.
The CRM system tracks staff and customer stats and provides role-based access controls. Payment options include Net30, prepay, half-prepay, and payment upon delivery. QuickBooks API integration seamlessly connects the system to the company’s accounting platform.
An exclusive reports module allows staff to monitor metrics such as sales per customer, top customers, time left to deadlines, manager productivity, and more—keeping every process on track.
