Implement and deploy custom integrations for lead buying applications. Integrations built include Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo, Zapier, and other large CRM providers.
Work directly with clients to architect the best solutions for their needs and tech stack. This includes building automated processes for importing and mapping data, creating and exporting reports, and alerting stakeholders of failures.
Internal APIs, Partners + Call Transfers
Contribute to the management of internal APIs and partner communication and API usage.
Utilize Twilio applications for our call center applications.
AI Work
Currently working on a training application using OpenAI's Assistants. One facet of this project is writing detailed prompts to train assitant models on specific scenarios. Additionally, I'm part of the frontend team responsible for the UI/UX build and implementing both speech-to-text and text-to-speech functionality.
