Cradled from their earliest childhood by the noises of cutlery and the bursts of laughter typical of family meals, the brothers Simon and Valentin Adamo grew up to the rhythm of the parties regularly organized in their parents' barn. From these childhood memories was born the idea of recreating this friendly atmosphere in a bistro / restaurant with generous and spontaneous cuisine in the heart of their native Touraine. Like a Proust madeleine, the establishment's graphic identity brings their history to life by illustrating the complicity of two mischievous rascals. They have fun standing on a barrel, a symbol of abundance that is reminiscent of the great banquets of our Gallic ancestors where ale and wine flowed freely.
