Secretária Digital is my largest project so far. I created it for Christian beauty professionals who want to organize their business without losing sight of their faith and the people they care for.
The idea goes beyond managing a calendar. A salon is also a place where people talk, listen and build trust. The app opens with a daily prayer and a reflection, making room for faith before the working day begins.
Each professional, salon or establishment gets a booking link to share on social media, a website or WhatsApp. Clients can choose their appointments themselves. The owner’s dashboard brings together services, availability, client records, team members, finances, shopping lists and loyalty rewards.
Client records include birthdays, with reminders that help the professional keep in touch. Prepared confirmation and birthday messages open in WhatsApp for review and sending. The loyalty program lets the business create rewards and track points. Although the original audience is Christian beauty professionals, the workflows can be adapted for other service businesses.
I defined the product concept, business rules, booking flow and interface, then refined them through several versions and hands-on testing. The current build uses React, JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Supabase handles authentication and application data; GitHub holds the source code, and Vercel hosts the demo.
The database structure includes establishments, clients, services, professionals, appointments, transactions and rewards. This gives the app a foundation for a subscription product with separate business accounts.
The visuals show the published application with fictional demo records. UI text has been localized into English for this portfolio; the live demo is in Portuguese. Contact import is being refined. Financial guidance is available in the current interface, and additional training content and languages are planned.
The current build is packaged in one HTML file to make updates and deployment easier. A commissioned version can be delivered as a structured project, with separate source files, database setup or SQL migrations and configuration notes.
Handover can include a GitHub repository or ZIP archive, deployment instructions and setup on a custom domain. We agree on the files, access and documentation before starting.
Payment and subscription integrations can be added to a commissioned version. Access can be linked to confirmed payment using the provider’s API and a secure server-side confirmation flow. This is a separate integration, rather than an active feature in the demo.
Commercial source code licensing opportunities are available upon request. Territory, duration, support, resale rights, exclusivity and price are negotiated individually. I retain my commercial rights in Brazil; this is not an offer of an outright transfer of intellectual property.
If you need something similar, send me the process you want to organize and the features you need first. I work through the brief and updates in writing, in English or Portuguese.
