This app provides users with daily affirmations that they can save to themselves, or have an AI voice read out loud, with the end goal being to improve the user's mental wellbeing. The main feed of the app consists of a screen with an affirmation in the center. Users can swipe right to left to go to the next affirmation, or left to right to go back to the previous affirmation. By default, the app will assign a user a goal of swiping through 20 affirmations a day, and each day they do this, they build up their streak. Finally, users can track their emotions as they progress using a basic in-app emotions journal.
