These four have been successful in retaining learners from around the world with their creative approach to everyday language learning. The following is a feature comparison chart that helps us understand what led to the success of each of them.

Teaching Methods: Many of the applications teach language in an order not suitable or usable by the user immediately. It's also important for a user to learn and imbibe information in the most efficient ways possible. A few of the learning methods I've researched include:

*Variation theory which states that learners need variation to understand and discern new objects in the aspect of learning.

*The Pareto principle states that the majority of the output comes from a minority of the input.

*Decay theory states that timed and spaced repetition and rehearsal are needed to retain any information.
