Dynamic UI & Hover States: Interactive hit areas instantly update location labels on hover and trigger contextual navigation upon clicking.

Seamless Zoom Architecture: Smart, automated zoom-in logic transitions users into selected sub-regions, featuring a dedicated UI "back" button for a smooth return to the macro view.

Engaging Micro-Interactions: Hovering over specific animated elements, such as residential properties, reveals responsive, pop-up information cards.Performance Optimization: Complex layers remain incredibly lightweight and performant by leveraging nested artboards alongside Rive’s Solo feature.

Advanced State Machine: A robust, logic-driven architecture meticulously controls all map states, blending transitions, and interactive input events.
