Background
“Good Day” was developed as an experimental commercial to explore the creative range of AI-generated storytelling within the context of a consumer brand. The idea stemmed from the curiosity to see how artificial intelligence could interpret multiple product variants under a single visual and emotional concept.
We chose Good Day as the subject because its wide variety of flavors mirrors the diversity and vibrancy of urban life. Each variant became a metaphor for a different mood, moment, and personality, all blending together into a narrative about color, energy, and optimism. The project also served as a study in balancing aesthetic experimentation with brand coherence, using AI to extend the creative vocabulary of modern advertising.

Director’s Statement

This project was an exploration of how AI could capture the playful, energetic spirit of contemporary consumer culture. Through “Good Day”, I wanted to show that generative tools can do more than just imitate visuals, they can interpret emotions, lifestyles, and brand values.
Each sequence was designed to feel vibrant and spontaneous, reflecting how small pleasures and daily rituals shape the rhythm of modern urban life. By letting AI visualize these moods, the film became a celebration of diversity, a portrait of how individuality and joy coexist within the same colorful world.

Tools Used

Midjourney Used to generate the visual foundation for each product variant, creating moodboards and concept frames that expressed the brand’s colorful identity.
KlingAI Applied to bring movement and rhythm to static imagery, turning each product representation into a living visual moment.
Minimax Hailuo Used to produce alternate image-to-video sequences that provided variety and texture across the different flavor representations.
RunwayML Employed for compositing and enhancement of AI-generated clips, ensuring a cohesive tone and narrative flow throughout the advertisement.
Adobe Photoshop Used to refine product imagery and visual consistency, adjusting details to match the intended brand aesthetic.
Adobe Premiere Pro Handled the post-editing process, shaping the overall tempo and arranging transitions between the flavor-based sequences.
DaVinci Resolve Used for color grading and final polish, bringing warmth, clarity, and a dynamic finish that mirrors the energy of the brand.
