This project involved the design of a welcome kit for a Boston short-term rentals business. The kit was offered to VIP guests who stayed at properties during peak tourist seasons. The goal was to make guests feel welcome and appreciated, and to give them a taste of Boston's unique culture and charm.
The kit included a branded box, a custom wine bottle, a box of premium chocolates from local chocolatier Beacon Hill Chocolates, and a handwritten card from the company CEO, designed by a local artist.
The VIP guest welcome kit was a huge success. Guests loved the thoughtful design and the high-quality products. The kit helped to create a positive and memorable experience for VIP guests, and it reinforced the company's reputation for excellence in customer service.
