Bianca Hypothèques is a professional mortgage brokerage website designed to help clients explore various mortgage solutions with ease. The goal was to build a clean, bilingual, and user-friendly platform that clearly communicates trust and expertise in the financial industry.
Challenge
The main challenge was to create a website that not only reflected Bianca’s professional image but also made complex mortgage information easy to understand for visitors. The client wanted a way to engage potential clients instantly without overwhelming them with forms or long explanations.
Approach
I developed the website using WordPress and Elementor, ensuring a fully responsive and modern design. To enhance user interaction, I built a custom chatbot that provides quick responses to client questions and guides them to the right mortgage service. The design focused on simplicity, clarity, and a premium look that aligns with the brand.
Outcome
The final website delivered a seamless browsing experience with fast loading times and an approachable interface. The chatbot improved lead engagement, helping potential clients get answers and book consultations faster.
Building Bianca Hypothèques was a rewarding experience. I enjoyed blending functionality with design to create a tool that truly supports Bianca’s business goals.
