Challenge
Increase online sales by reducing purchase friction to boost conversions.
Role
UX improvements by designing and developing optimised product detail pages (PDPs).
Process:
Analysed competitor sites and client-preferred website designs.
Created wireframes, then detailed mock-ups using Figma.
Developed the PDPs using Replo.
Results
Enhanced PDP usability and information hierarchy, leading to increased online sales.
