I know, the title seems stupid
But hear me out
Don’t watch any more self-improvement guides

The real problem is you won’t TAKE ACTION
You know that guy who always talks about what they are going to do
You hear, “I’m going to the gym everyday from now on, I’ll be huge in no time”

You ever realize that they never actually get anything done
All talk but no walk
Frankly, my friend, that’s what you are getting sucked into
You keep watching these videos telling yourself you are picking up valuable information
But deep down, you know
You know that you have all the information you need to start
