FlowServe - Restaurant Operations Platform

Independent restaurants and small chains struggle with fragmented tech stacks: one system for online ordering, another for payments, a separate loyalty program, disconnected marketing tools, and kitchen display screens that don't talk to any of it. The result is operational chaos, lost orders, and zero visibility into what's actually working.

They needed a single branded platform that handles the full customer lifecycle, from first order to repeat visit, without stitching together a dozen third-party tools.

FlowServe is a branded restaurant platform that unifies online ordering, payment processing, loyalty programs, marketing campaigns, and kitchen operations into one cohesive system. Every restaurant gets their own branded experience while running on a shared, scalable backend.

Frontend: React with TypeScript for the customer-facing ordering interface and the restaurant admin dashboard. Responsive design so customers can order from any device.

Backend: Full-stack architecture handling order management, payment processing, loyalty point calculations, and marketing automation. PostgreSQL for relational data: menus, orders, customer profiles, transaction history, and loyalty balances.

Kitchen Operations: Real-time order routing to kitchen display systems. Orders flow from the customer's screen to the kitchen queue with status updates at every stage.

Online Ordering: Menu management, cart, checkout, and order tracking with real-time status updates

Payments: Integrated payment processing with support for multiple payment methods

Loyalty Program: Points-based system with configurable earning and redemption rules

Marketing: Campaign tools for promotions, email outreach, and customer segmentation

Kitchen Display: Live order queue with prep time tracking and order completion workflows

Designed and built the entire platform solo: database schema, backend services, frontend interfaces for both customers and restaurant operators, payment integrations, and the kitchen display system. End-to-end from concept to production.
