I spent about a year designing across CivicSource’s property auction and operations platform, working with a 10-person development team and internal users across Research, Legal, Operations, and Mail House. The product supported complex, data-heavy workflows around property research, interested parties, auctions, mail production, and internal operations.

My work expanded from modernizing the interface into improving core product workflows, including search and verification, status systems, notifications, campaign tracking, research tools, and reusable interaction patterns. I worked through flows, prototypes, edge cases, and UI states to make complicated operational tasks easier to understand and move through.

I also created reusable design patterns, component guidance, and developer documentation to help the team ship more consistently across multiple applications. The result was a clearer, more cohesive product experience and a stronger foundation for ongoing product development.
