I led the design of a new shopping app that integrates video content with a seamless shopping experience. The app allows users to shop products tagged within videos and supports live influencer sessions for product promotions.
Problem
The client wanted a dedicated TikTok Shop-style app, but we didn’t want to simply replicate that experience. The challenge was to innovate the shopping interaction without losing the engaging feel of video content.
Goal
Design an intuitive shopping experience that allows users to discover and purchase products directly within video content, including live streams, while maintaining a natural, enjoyable user flow.
Solution
We introduced interactive product tags during video playback, letting users view product details without interrupting their experience. Influencers can host live sessions and select products to promote seamlessly. The app also includes a comprehensive dashboard for managing content and sales.
