The Client

Idaho Real Estate Company is an independent, locally owned brokerage in Caldwell that has been operating since 2000. They wanted a blog post that would rank for home pricing queries in their market and position them as the honest, knowledgeable local option.

The Challenge

Sellers Google "how to price my home" before they ever call an agent. Most of the content they find is vague or pushy. Idaho Real Estate Company needed a post that actually teaches the reader how a CMA works, so they trust the brokerage enough to request a valuation.

What I Built

A sourced, educational SEO blog post written in the brokerage's voice that walks Caldwell homeowners through the pricing process. The post includes:
