Understanding the challenge
Fantasy football apps already exist, but users were forced to move their prize challenges to WhatsApp groups to manage money. This created trust issues: people lost money, disputes came up, and the experience was messy.
Our challenge:
Bring fantasy football, challenges, and prize payouts into one safe app.
Design solution
Familiar but fresh: We kept flows recognizable for fantasy players but added wallet and payouts without making it feel “financial.”
Core focus: Easy onboarding, quick team creation, simple challenge setup, transparent wallet.
User-first visuals: Clean interface, football-driven branding, and a tone that balances excitement with trust.

The Outcome
End to End design of all flows
Beta testers onboarded users finally enjoy challenges and payouts in one place.
Impact: No more risky WhatsApp money groups. Users now play, compete, and get rewards safely inside the app.
Reflection
Football Fury was about more than fantasy football; it was about trust. Designing an app that blends fun competition with real money taught me how to balance delight + compliance.
As lead designer, I guided the design vision, collaborated with other designers, and made sure the user experience felt smooth from first tap to payout.
