The Problem
SpringMaid Services needed a centralized platform to manage their cleaning business. They were juggling separate tools for their website, contractor scheduling, job tracking, and client communications.
What I Built
Website Design and Development
Designed and built the SpringMaid Services website on GoHighLevel with custom code via VS Code. Service pages, booking forms, and trust signals all optimized for conversions.
Contractor Management System
Contractor profiles, job assignments, availability tracking, and performance monitoring all in one place.
Mobile App Configuration
Configured the GHL mobile app so the team and contractors can manage jobs, view schedules, and communicate on the go.
White-Label SaaS Deployment
White-labeled version of the GHL platform under the SpringMaid brand. Clients and contractors interact with a branded experience.
CRM and Automation
Full CRM with pipelines for new leads, active jobs, and completed work. Automated follow-ups, review requests, and rebooking sequences.
Results
SpringMaid now runs their entire operation from one platform. Website, contractor management, client communications, and job tracking all connected.
