Craft a unique, creative Instagram post (w/ caption) to potentially post in Aura Bora's "unhinged" content series
Demonstrate understanding of brand tone, voice, imagery, and aesthetic
The Research 🔎
I scoured the Aura Bora Instagram, website, and emails to gather intel. I became a legit detective here.
Their "unhinged" Instagram posts typically includes:
Imagery: A silly, meme-like picture of an animal (all different kinds)
Caption aesthetic: all lowercase captions w/ slang or abbreviations. the occasional ALL CAPS appears.
Overall aesthetic: endearingly bizarre, cute, or nature inspired.
Tone + voice: witty, playful, and slightly absurd.
Creation Tools + Process
Image sourcing: I went through Pinterest to find photos that would match the brand aesthetic and spark interest.
Caption creation: came up with the concept of a "choose ur fighter" carousel post.
Utilized Canva and Photoshop to add accessories and an Aura Bora can.
Final Result 🌀
A 4 image carousel post with the caption: choose your fighter
Users would scroll through and comment which one they identified with, thus driving up engagement.
