Introducing my personalized customer support chatbot tailored specifically for personal trainers. This innovative tool is designed to streamline client interactions, enhance scheduling efficiency, and provide continuous support, all while integrating seamlessly with your existing systems.

Frequently Asked Questions: The chatbot answers the most frequently asked questions that customers ask about the company and can therefore ensure a quick solution and reduce the burden on support staff. Since the chatbot is also connected to AI, it can also help customers with general questions, e.g. it can give them nutrition or training tips.
2. Scheduling and Initial Consultations: The chatbot first collects the most important information about the customer and sends it to Airtabel, which the trainer can access. After it has collected the most important information, it displays a Calendly calendar where the customer can book an appointment for a first conversation with the trainer.
3. Gathering Customer Feedback: The chatbot is also able to collect customer reviews. The customer describes what he liked most about the company and the chatbot creates a short text as a review. And if the customers liked it, it saves it back to Airtabel.
4. Progress Tracking: The chatbot is able to collect customer progress. As soon as the customer clicks on “save progress”, the chatbot displays a form from Google Forms where the customer answers the questions and enters their email address. The trainer can access the data using Google Forms.
