Your Future Begins at VERSO

The property management group handling the lease-up for VERSO hired me to create a marketing clip for their new development. I supervised a drone shoot around the building and throughout the surrounding area. I filmed inside the model unit and the common spaces as well as all ground-level exteriors. I edited the final version, including writing all on-screen captions and selecting the music track.
