Overview Workbloom.io is an AI-powered consultancy marketplace that helps small and medium businesses instantly connect with the right experts for their needs. The platform supports both Italian and English users, offering a seamless experience for consultants and SMBs alike.

Our Approach When the client reached out to us, they were in a rush to have the first version of the web-app launched in just five weeks. We designed the product in Figma with our UI/UX designer and developed it on Bubble.io, completing the first version in the given deadline with a two developer team. By using a no-code stack, we ensured rapid delivery, flexibility for future updates and scalability as the platform grows.

AI Matching Assistant — BlooMia To make the process truly intelligent, we built BlooMia, a custom AI chat assistant that interacts with users, asks the right questions, and recommends the most suitable consultants based on their requirements. Powered by OpenAI’s LLMs, BlooMia adds personalization and insight to every match.
