Most businesses don't lose customers because they have a bad product
They lose them because they reply too late.
I had some free time today, so I built an AI Facebook Messenger chatbot just to see how much of the conversation could be automated
It can:
1. Reply instantly to new messages.
2. Answer common questions 24/7.
3. Capture lead information.
4. Qualify prospects before a human ever joins the chat.
The interesting part isn't the AI.
It's how much manual work disappears when repetitive conversations are handled automatically.
Businesses don't need more hours in the day.
They need better systems.
