SaaS Platform for Restaurant Management using Bubble

Built a Bubble-based SaaS platform that helps restaurant merchants manage outlets, menus, tables, and orders while enabling guests to place and pay for orders through QR codes.

Many small and medium restaurants still rely on manual processes or fragmented tools to manage menus, tables, and customer orders. The client needed a simple, centralized system that could support multiple outlets, staff roles, and QR-based ordering for guests.

I developed a SaaS platform using Bubble that allows merchants to manage restaurant operations from a single dashboard. The system generates QR codes for tables, enabling guests to access a web ordering page, place orders, and complete payments online.

Workflows: End-to-end order flow from guest QR access to order creation and payment confirmation.

API Integrations: Xendit for payment processing and QR code generation service for table labels.

Authentication & Roles: Merchant owners and staff authenticate using merchant codes and PIN-based access control.

Solo Developer – responsible for full-stack development, database design, workflow logic, and API integrations.
