Built a Bubble-based internal system to replace a slow and inefficient employee portal used by a property marketing company. The new system improved performance, streamlined commission workflows, and centralized operational data.
Problem
The client already had an internal portal for employees, but it suffered from poor performance and limited functionality. Manual processes for property transactions, commission distribution, and approvals caused delays and inefficiencies across teams.
Solution
I rebuilt the internal portal using Bubble, focusing on performance improvements and feature enhancements. The system supports multiple user roles and automates complex property sales and commission workflows.
Complex Workflows: Automated commission distribution triggered by transactions, calculating commissions dynamically for marketing, managers, and principals based on marketing level and commission schema.
API Integration: MailerSend for transactional email notifications and Google Firebase for images data storage.
Authentication & Roles: Role-based access control for Admin, Marketing, Manager, and Principal using Bubble privacy rules.
