The best part of freelancing as a UI/UX designer? People bring me problems. Users get lost in onboarding. A checkout flow loses half its visitors. A feature everyone asked for goes unused. I love digging into the why. Usually the answer isn't "add more." It's "take something away." Good UX is quiet.

When it works, nobody notices. They just get where they're going without thinking about it. That kind of simplicity takes a lot of work behind the scenes, and that's the work I enjoy most. Every project starts with a new puzzle and ends with something that feels obvious in hindsight. That's the goal. If you've got a problem like that, I'd love to hear about it.
