Role: Lead UI/UX Designer From: 2015- 2019 Full time - Vancouver BC Tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Unity, Jira, Tableau

As the Lead UI/UX Designer for this project, I manage a team of 4-6 UI/UX designers. My responsibilities include overseeing the team’s schedules, capacity planning, milestone goals, and sprint deliverables.

Key duties include:

Providing feedback and approving design solutions from the UI/UX team.

Collaborating with the Data Science team to identify weak areas in features, coordinating the addition of telemetry, and running split tests.

Gathering user pain points, categorizing them, and developing effective UX solutions.

Facilitating two user testing sessions, where I collaborated with designers and the Data Science team to identify target user types, and worked closely with designers to establish user test objectives and develop questionnaires.
