I developed a custom PHP and MySQL reporting application that transforms complex Excel files received from a main distributor into clear and actionable business insights. The files contained large volumes of sales data from hundreds of different stores. Users can upload each Excel file directly to the system for a selected reporting period, where the data is automatically processed, organized, and stored. The application presents store-level and period-based results through simplified reports, filters, comparisons, summary metrics, and visual charts. This solution replaced time-consuming manual Excel analysis with a faster, more accurate, and easier-to-understand reporting workflow.
